Comparing it to all the other big name brands I’ve tried; the support and weight distribution are amazing and I can actually fill my belt with everything I need without the strain and back pain I would get doing the same with my old belts. The placement of all the tool slots and the build quality are exceptional. I’ve been very happy with my purchase. The only thing I could maybe recommend would be to make the tape pocket slightly larger as it’s a pretty tight squeeze for my 25ft even after it’s worn in a bit. Thank you for the great product. I ordered 2 belts for myself. One set up for finish carpentry and one for exteriors/framing work. I was originally looking at Atlas 46 belts but I came across Akribis leather. The other brand makes nice equipment as well but what drew me to Akribis leather was how well thought out the bags were. That, and the fact that I prefer leather because it doesn’t absorb my stank after a hard days work like cloth tool belts do. When my belts arrived they were everything I’d hoped they’d be. Carlo D. ★★★★★ Exceeded any and all expectations I had for their products, the tape holder on the SLT Max took about a week to break in nicely, I carry a 35’ Milwaukee and I have no issues whatsoever taking it in and out, the pencil holders on the R1HBD+ also took about a week to break in nicely and the diagonal hammer sheath is super convenient. As if they weren’t light enough already, matched up with their suspenders the rig feels super light and comfy. Another thing I love is the capability of being able to swap/replace the fastener bag on their left side bags incase your needs at work change or if in the DISTANT future you need to swap it due to wear and tear.
