How to Place a Custom Order

Use the form to detail your requested modifications. Be specific.

Spots are limited each month due to high demand. If it’s sold out, check back. The next release is the first Wednesday of the month at 4:00 pm PST.

• All custom orders are final—no refunds once production starts.
• Customization covers small tweaks only. We don’t resize bags or copy designs from other brands.
• Big requests or multi-set orders may come with extra charges. Every request is reviewed before approval.
• If we can’t fulfill your request, we’ll refund your order.
• Custom orders take longer. We’ll share an estimated timeline once we confirm your order.

Custom bags can take up to 4 weeks to ship.

Shipping

Built to order, shipped with care. Most orders ship within a week, but custom orders take longer—expect 3 to 4 weeks for production. If your order includes a custom bag, we’ll ship everything together once it’s complete.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number (please allow up to 4 days for tracking updates). We ship worldwide, though international customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes..

Optional Package Protection

Extra peace of mind, just in case. We offer optional package protection through Route to cover lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If something happens in transit, Route makes it easy to file a claim and get a replacement or refund.
