Akribis Leather Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Every order is handcrafted with care, and we appreciate your patience while we ensure it’s built to our standards. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

 

Made to Order

Every Akribis Leather product is made to order due to high demand. This means your order is finalized and crafted after purchase to ensure you get exactly what you need.

 

Shipping Timeline 
  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks from the order date. For items that include made-to-order bags (Stitched-In-Place and Modular Bags), your order may take 2–4 weeks to complete and ship. 

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. It may take up to 4 days for tracking information to update. 

  • Most domestic orders arrive within 7–10 days after shipping.

 

International Orders

We ship worldwide, but delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing times can also cause delays, which are outside our control.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. When your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information.

If there’s an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the information provided in your tracking email. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at info@akribisleather.com, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.


Navidium Shipping Protection (Optional)

We offer Navidium shipping protection at checkout for peace of mind. Navidium covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, including situations where: 

  • The carrier marks a package as delivered, but you haven’t received it. 

  • Tracking information hasn’t updated for an extended period. 

  • The package is materially damaged in transit.

Purchasing Navidium shipping protection ensures a refund or replacement for covered issues. If you choose to opt in and pay for Navidium at checkout, you’ll be able to file a claim online with your order details. If you decline Navidium, Akribis cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery. 

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.
