Take an extra minute to make sure your order is just as you want it. If you need to make changes to your order after you've placed it you are able to select "Edit" on your Order Status Page which will duplicate your order, cancel the old one, and add all those item to a new cart so you can start over and make your changes.

If you added Package Protection at checkout, you’re covered for:

Orders that were lost in transit and never arrived
Packages marked “delivered” but not received
Items that arrived damaged or broken

Once you submit your claim, we’ll review it and follow up within 1–2 business days. If approved, we’ll issue a refund.
