Package Protection Claims
If you added Package Protection at checkout, you’re covered for:
- Orders that were lost in transit and never arrived
- Packages marked “delivered” but not received
- Items that arrived damaged or broken
Once you submit your claim, we’ll review it and follow up within 1–2 business days. If approved, we’ll issue a refund.
If you’re not sure if your order qualifies, go ahead and submit the form anyway. We’ll take a look and point you in the right direction.
