Please note: Gift cards are automatically sent to the recipient’s email upon purchase with a downloadable, printable PDF version of the gift card attached. If you’d prefer to not send an email confirmation to the person you’re purchasing the gift card for, please leave the recipient email blank or add in your own email address so you can deliver the gift card yourself.

Free repairs on stitching and rivets within 1 year of purchase. Akribis does not cover the cost of shipping on repairs.

If you are unhappy with your bag we would love the opportunity to make it right. If a solution can’t be found and there is a need for replacement or return, you can return the product to us within 3 months of purchase as long as the product being returned is in new/unused condition and we will process your refund in full.

The cost of the original Shipping and return shipping is NOT covered on returns.

• Made to Order: due to the high level of demand, every order is still finalized after purchase and essentially made to order.
• Shipping Timeline: Orders typically shipped within 1-3 weeks from order date. It may take up to 4 days from the time you receive shipping notification for shipping updates to be visible.
• Tracking: Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.
