Warranty
Free repairs on stitching and rivets within 1 year of purchase. Akribis does not cover the cost of shipping on repairs.
If you are unhappy with your bag we would love the opportunity to make it right. If a solution can’t be found and there is a need for replacement or return, you can return the product to us within 3 months of purchase as long as the product being returned is in new/unused condition and we will process your refund in full.
The cost of the original Shipping and return shipping is NOT covered on returns.

Shipping
- Made to Order: due to the high level of demand, every order is still finalized after purchase and essentially made to order.
- Shipping Timeline: Orders typically shipped within 1-3 weeks from order date. It may take up to 4 days from the time you receive shipping notification for shipping updates to be visible.
- Tracking: Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.
