Free repairs on stitching and rivets within 1 year of purchase. Akribis does not cover the cost of shipping on repairs.

If you are unhappy with your bag we would love the opportunity to make it right. If a solution can’t be found and there is a need for replacement or return, you can return the product to us within 3 months of purchase as long as the product being returned is in new/unused condition and we will process your refund in full.

The cost of the original Shipping and return shipping is NOT covered on returns.

• Made to Order: We build up inventory as much as possible leading up to each opening but every order is still finalized after purchase and made to order due to the high level of demand.
• Shipping Timeline: We start shipping on the first Monday following the Wednesday opening with multiple batches going out each week (Wednesdays and Fridays). It may take up to 4 days from the time you receive shipping notification for shipping updates to be visible. All orders get assembled and shipped before the first Wednesday of the following month.
• Tracking: Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.
