We offer free repairs on all manufacturing defects including stitching and rivets within 1 year of purchase. Akribis does not cover the cost of shipping on repairs.

If you are unhappy with your bag we would love the opportunity to make it right. If a solution can’t be found and there is a need for replacement or return, you can return the product to us within 3 months of purchase as long as the product being returned is in new/unused condition. We cannot accept returns on any Custom Belt orders, this includes orders with Custom Colour and Laser Engraving. 

The cost of the original shipping and return shipping is NOT covered on returns.
