Two-ply leather pad that goes over our 2″ belts providing added comfort, security, and load distribution. The Belt Pad secures bags and accessories in place so they don’t slide off the belt. Please ensure you’ve taken the time to measure your waist properly so you can select the best size for you.

*NOTE:

  • – Belt Pads DO NOT work with any Stitched in Place Tool Belts.
  • – For those with a Waist Measurement of 32″ (not pant size) or less a small Belt Pad won’t fit with a Super Belt. You’ll need to go with a Waist Belt instead or you’ll need to order a Custom Belt.
  • – For those with a Waist Measurement of 30″ (not pant size) or less a small Belt Pad won’t fit even with a Waist Belt. You will need to order a Custom Belt.

 

Sizing Instructions:

 

Choosing the best Belt Pad for your needs requires three steps:

 

1. Measure your waist. Using a flexible tape, measure around your waist where the top of your pants sit and write down your measurement.

2. Select your belt. The Super Belt and Waist Belt each require a different amount of space between the ends of the Belt Pad. You’ll need to account for this when choosing your size.

    1. Super Belt: Buckle Space: 7″ Minimum
    2. Waist Belt: Buckle Space: 5″ Minimum

3. Subtract. Take your waist measurement and subtract the buckle space of your chosen belt. This final number is the MAXIMUM size of Belt Pad that’ll fit you. Any larger will be too big.

 

Waist Measurement minus Buckle Space = Maximum Belt Pad Size

 

Consider that wearing Suspenders will allow you to wear your belt a little loose, usually 1 or 2 holes from tight. If you’re planning to wear Suspenders they’ll give you a little more room between the ends of your Belt Pad.

 

*Small Belt Pad Restriction: Small Belt Pads have the smallest space at the back, only 4″. If you’re adding Suspender Mounts to the small Belt Pad no accessory will fit in the back unless modified. The small Spacer Clip has a notch cut out for one Suspender Mount to pass through. This allows a Spacer Clip and one Suspender Mount to be used in the same space. It will mean that you’ll go from two Suspender straps in the back, to just one.

    How to Measure Your Waist:

     

    • – Use a flexible tape measure like a fabric tape measure or a 1/2″ wide tape measure.
    • – Wrap the tape around your waist at the top of your pants.
    • – Keep the tape snug but not tight and record the measurement where the tape overlaps.
    • – This is your Waist Measurement and the number you’ll enter during checkout when placing your order.

    Free repairs on stitching and rivets within 1 year of purchase. Akribis does not cover the cost of shipping on repairs.

    If you are unhappy with your bag we would love the opportunity to make it right. If a solution can’t be found and there is a need for replacement or return, you can return the product to us within 3 months of purchase as long as the product being returned is in new/unused condition and we will process your refund in full.

    The cost of the original Shipping and return shipping is NOT covered on returns.

    • Shipping Timeline: Orders typically shipped within 1-3 weeks from order date. It may take up to 4 days from the time you receive shipping notification for shipping updates to be visible.
