We get it—waiting for your gear is exciting, but things can go sideways during shipping. That’s why we offer Navidium Shipping Protection, so you don’t have to stress if your package gets lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Here’s how it works:


What Navidium Covers

Navidium’s got your back when: 

• Your package gets lost: If tracking shows it’s gone, we’ll get it sorted.

• Your package is stolen: If it’s marked as delivered but you didn’t get it.

• Your package is damaged: If it arrives in rough shape.

• Tracking stops updating: If the carrier can’t find it and tracking goes quiet for too long.


How It Works 

  1. Add Navidium at Checkout: You’ll see the option at checkout. For just around 2.5% of your order value, you can fully protect your shipped order from theft, damage or non-delivery. 

  2. Something Goes Wrong? File a Claim: If something happens, filing a claim is simple: 

    1. Use the link in your order confirmation email to access the Navidium claims portal. 

    2. Submit your order details (tracking number, description of the issue, etc.). 

    3. We'll review your claim fast, and once it checks out, you’ll get a replacement or refund.

Once your order leaves our shop, it’s in the carrier’s hands, and while most shipments arrive smoothly, sometimes things go wrong. Navidium gives you peace of mind and protects your investment in case the unexpected happens.


A Few Things to Know: 

  • Navidium is optional but highly recommended.

  • If you decline Navidium, Akribis cannot cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they’re out the door. 

  • Navidium doesn’t cover delays or customs fees for international shipments.
